JSES begins limited face-to-face classes
President Rodrigo Duterte has approved the conduct of limited face-to-face classes in areas with minimal risk of COVID-19 infection. Juan Sumulong Elementary School implemented the limited face-to-face classes for selected Kinder to Grade 3 classes on March 28, 2022.
The opening of the face-to-face classes was headed by Principal, Mr. Noel F. Junio and Focal Person, Dr. Champ Norman Posadas.
Safety prevention and health protocols were strictly followed upon entering the school premises.
Students participating in the face-to-face classes must have the written consent of their parents.
School is given flexibility in contact time for teaching and learning, provided that meals are not taken in school except during managed recess.
As of today, face-to-face classes are ongoing because the school is on Academic Quarter 3. Under SY 2021-2022 Calendar, the Academic Quarter 4 is set to start on April 11.
